For the past 5 years, I have worked directly with Morgan in a vendor/client relationship. The nature of our business was critical clinical documents. These are text-heavy documents that record mandatory patient information and require processing across multiple departments. The nature of our interaction was frequent and detailed. Morgan was excellent at providing guidance during these transactions. Morgan is a very clear communicator. When challenges came up, regardless of fault, Morgan was always patient and willing to find the fastest and most correct solution. I’ve worked with many people in Morgan’s position and she was always most understanding and ready to find the best way to produce excellent results for her employer. There are many times when “personalities” can be a bar to progress, but never with Morgan. Never having actually met Morgan due to proximity, I can tell you that she is one of the most personable people with whom I have ever come into contact. She is patient, kind and always ready to find the best outcome for any situation. She understands and utilizes technologies which allowed us to create a solid working relationship, as much of our work dealt with electronic systems.
